The building at present

The aim of the project is a building rising on medieval structures still well visible both from the interior by the arches and the vaults, and from the exterior by the walls made of tuff, a volcanic rock typical of the Orvieto’s 13th century architecture and by the basement made of basalt.

The Project

The Orvieto Residence Enterprise (I.R.O. in Italian) is handling the property’s renovation with the purpose of dividing it into housing and commercial units.
